Section 20 - Rewards Membership: Trial and Subscription Terms

Rewards Membership

Cradella offers a subscription-based membership program called "Rewards," which provides members with benefits such as exclusive discounts, special offers, early access to promotions, and complimentary shipping on select items. These benefits are subject to the terms outlined here and as presented at the time of enrollment. Cradella may update the Rewards program terms from time to time; any increase in fees will be communicated in advance, giving you the option to cancel. Additional offers may occasionally be provided during checkout.

14-Day Complimentary Trial

New members may qualify for a 14-day free trial of the Rewards membership. During this period, you will not be charged for membership, though any physical products purchased will incur standard charges. To activate the trial, valid payment information is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the membership fee, including applicable taxes, will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the trial.

Automatic Billing and Renewals

At the end of your trial, your selected payment method will be charged the standard Rewards membership fee (excluding taxes). The membership will automatically renew every 30 days, with fees charged to your payment method each cycle until you cancel.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Rewards membership at any time, including after the trial period, complete the "Cancel Membership" form available on our website or email us at support@cradella.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least three days before the next billing date. Include your full name, email address, and physical address associated with your account.

Section 21 - Billing Practices

By subscribing to the Rewards program, you authorize Cradella to charge your payment method for the membership fee, including applicable taxes, at the end of the trial period and on a recurring 30-day basis thereafter. You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate payment information. If a payment is declined, we may attempt to process the charge again or contact you for updated information.

Cradella reserves the right to modify membership fees, and any changes will be communicated in advance. Continued participation in the Rewards program after a fee change constitutes your agreement to the updated fees.

Section 22 - Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, along with any agreements under which we provide services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or their breach shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California, and the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Cradella individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration shall be joined with any other, and you agree not to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
