Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Spain, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, and Switzerland. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy or contact our support team.
What is your shipping policy?
At Cradella, all orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
- Processing time: 4 – 9 business days (processing and handover to carrier).
- Transit time (delivery): 1 – 3 business days.
- Total shipping time: 5 – 12 business days.
The cut-off time for order processing is 5:00 PM (GMT+2, Zurich time). Orders placed before this time are processed the same business day; orders placed after are processed the next business day.
Shipping is free for all orders.
We ship to most European countries. If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact us for assistance.
External factors such as customs, weather, or strikes may cause delays. In such cases, we will proactively notify you via email with updates.
What is the status of my order?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status from "Order History" in your Cradella account.
Can I modify my order?
Changes are only possible for orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. To request a modification, contact our customer service via the contact form or live chat.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we can only cancel if the wrong product was ordered. To cancel your order, email us at support@cradella.com within the first 24 hours.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message with shipping details. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your address upon request. Contact us via the contact form.
What is your return policy?
At Cradella, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Contact us by email or phone before returning your item.
Important: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Unless the product is defective or not as described, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items on sale or discounted are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
