Returns
At Cradella, your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please contact us before returning an item so our team can assist you.
Important: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Except in the case of a defective product or one that does not match the description, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale: Items purchased on promotion or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Terms & Eligibility for Returns
Once your return request is approved, items must arrive at our returns center within 14 days . Cradella reserves the right to refuse returns that:
- are used, washed, damaged or altered
- are incomplete or lack original accessories/packaging
- show signs of excessive wear or improper use
- appear fraudulent or abusive
These conditions guarantee fair policies and consistent quality for all our customers.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery . Include a photo of the problem so our team can assist you promptly.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — return shipping costs are fully covered by Cradella.
If the tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received anything, we recommend checking with your local carrier first. For further assistance, contact us at: support@cradella.com .

Sale Items
Only items at full price are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
