In the event of a conflict between these Terms and another policy, the specific policy applicable to the situation will prevail .
19. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
20. Rewards Program & Subscription
Cradella offers a "Rewards" subscription program providing various benefits (discounts, early access, etc.).
A valid payment method is required. A 14-day free trial may be offered. Unless canceled before the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically renew every 30 days.
Failure to cancel before the billing date does not entitle you to any refund of fees already charged.
Subscription fees may be changed with prior notice. Continuing your subscription constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
21. Billing Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Cradella to automatically debit your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
In the event of a failed payment, we may attempt a new charge or suspend access to the program.
22. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.
In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class actions and collective arbitrations are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
