Important: By placing an order on Cradella.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this shipping policy. Failure to read it does not constitute grounds for a refund, cancellation, or dispute.
Important Information
Due to variable order volumes and the nature of our international supply chain, some orders may be processed incrementally.
Specifically:
- Orders are recorded, secured, and prioritized in our system.
- Logistical processing may begin quickly or be slightly delayed depending on the volume.
- The tracking number may be generated before the first physical pickup.
It is therefore normal for no tracking activity to appear immediately after the order is placed.
Notice — High-Demand Items
Some items may experience high demand.
In such cases, a preparation time longer than standard estimates may apply to ensure product quality and availability.
This means:
- Shipping may occur during the next available logistical cycle.
- Orders are processed incrementally based on their validation order.
These adjustments are temporary and help ensure reliable shipping.
International Delivery
Cradella ships worldwide, with the exception of certain areas that may have restrictions.

Processing Times (Preparation)
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (business days), excluding public holidays.
- Normal circumstances: 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak periods: processing may take up to 7 business days.
Once preparation has begun, standard shipping and delivery times apply.
Delivery Times (After Shipping)
Estimates from the shipping date (business days):
- France: 8–12 business days
- Europe (EU & UK): 8–12 business days
- Middle East: 8–12 business days
- USA & Canada: 8–12 business days
- Australia & Oceania: 8–12 business days
- Latin America: 9–26 business days
- Other countries: 8–30 business days
Important Note
The indicated times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays beyond our control may occur (carrier, customs, weather conditions, peak periods, etc.).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update.
- In some cases, initial updates may take longer.
Possible initial statuses:
- "Label created"
- "Information received"
- "Pending pickup"
- "Not found"
These statuses are normal and temporary.
Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of refusal, no refund is guaranteed. A solution may be offered at Cradella's discretion.
Address Modification
Cradella cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Contact us promptly for any changes.
No guarantee can be given once the order has been processed.
Undeliverable Package
If a package is returned or undeliverable (incorrect address, absence, etc.), a solution may be offered (reshipment or store credit).
Fees may be borne by the customer.
Package Marked "Delivered"
A package marked as delivered by the carrier is considered delivered.
In case of an issue:
- Check your immediate surroundings.
- Contact the carrier.
- Then contact our support.
Cradella cannot be held responsible after delivery confirmation.
Package Lost in Transit
A package is considered lost if:
- No tracking movement for 20 consecutive days after the estimated delivery time.
- And no confirmed delivery.
In this case, please contact us. A solution may be offered at our discretion.
